Hedman has manufactured long and mid-length tube headers for GM A-Body cars for decades, so designing a good fitting, great performing set of headers for popular LS engine swaps is nothing new.
These premium long tube LS swap headers fit 1968-1972 GM A-Body cars, 1971-1976 GM B-Body cars (Chevy Bel Air, Impala, Buick LeSabre). They are built using T304 stainless steel flanges, primary tubes and collectors. The smooth flowing, 1-7/8 in. diameter, CNC mandrel bent tubes are hand-welded by our welding craftsman, to ensure each pair is identical to the next. The stout 3/8" header flanges ensure a great seal that will resist warping, and the high-flow 3 in. race collectors ensure unimpeded exhaust flow for maximum performance.
