Protorque Maximum also use Nippondenso style units but with a more powerful, 3.1 HP electric motor, 4.44:1 gear reduction ratio, and weigh just 11 lbs. Protorque Ultra are manufactured with Hitachi units with 3.4 HP electric motors, 4.4:1 gear reduction ratio, and weigh 10.5 lbs. Top-of-the-line Protorque Extreme are based on Nippondenso units with 3.5 HP electric motors, 4.44:1 gear reduction ratios, and weigh 12.7 lbs.
